How will we celebrate our pupils’ successes, helping to develop confidence and build self-esteem?

We will use a variety of methods to celebrate and reward success. These will include weekly Special Mentions assemblies, attended by parents; daily social media posts; regular news items on our website; use of our on-line Carrot Reward system, amongst many daily systems employed by staff.
