It is the view of the Team Scartho Gateway Academy that every child has to right to form secure attachments with the adults they work with. It is our aim that every child will have adults who believe in the, relates to them with compassion, empathy and unconditional positive regard. By working with Trauma-Informed Schools UK, we will ensure that all staff are appropriately trained and supported to meet the needs of all children in our care through a relational approach.
