Spreading Christmas Cheer!

This week, a small group of our Year 3 and 4 children took a festive walk to our local care home to share some Christmas joy.

The pupils performed a selection of well-loved carols, filling the lounge with music, smiles, and plenty of Christmas spirit.

The residents were delighted by the children’s singing, joining in with familiar tunes and applauding each piece. Our pupils showed wonderful confidence, kindness, and enthusiasm throughout the visit, representing our school beautifully.

After the performance, the children spent a few moments chatting with residents and wishing them a very happy Christmas. It was a heart-warming experience for everyone involved and a lovely reminder of the power of community.

A huge well done to our young singers for bringing so much joy, and thank you to the care home for welcoming us so warmly.
