Our rooms

At The Grove, our learning spaces are thoughtfully designed to provide a calm, nurturing, and supportive environment where children feel safe and ready to learn.
Our classroom offers a familiar structure, with desks and chairs similar to a mainstream setting, helping children build confidence and prepare for integration into the wider school. Alongside this, we have two dedicated group rooms, providing quiet and calming spaces where children can regulate their emotions or work in a smaller, more focused setting.

We are also fortunate to have access to a range of additional spaces across the school, including a sensory room, outdoor learning areas, and intervention and small group rooms. These environments allow us to tailor each child’s day to meet their individual needs.
A special feature of The Grove is our two guinea pigs, who play an important role in helping children develop a sense of responsibility, as well as providing comfort and opportunities for calm interaction.
Where appropriate, children are supported to access learning within the main school, helping them build confidence, independence, and positive relationships with their peers.
